Back Stage Experience Management
Carolyn Guarini brings over 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry. With a background as a Backstage Experience Manager for Rams Head Presents, Oh Wook! Productions, and others, she has had the privilege of working with top artists like Jimmy Buffett, Jelly Roll, Cole Swindell, Foreigner, and more. Carolyn is available for hire as a Backstage Manager and will be joining Old Dominion’s national tour in the summer of 2025.

ABOUT CAROLYN GUARINI

Originally from the Northeast Tri-State area, Carolyn discovered her love for Key West at just sixteen during a family trip. That visit sparked a lifelong passion for the island's energy and culture. After graduating from Villanova University with a degree in communications, Carolyn made Key West her permanent home in 2004. Since then, she has worn many hats: on-air radio personality, backstage experience manager, wedding planner and officiant, concert promoter, and more. Recently, as the Campaign Director for Marjory Lee, Carolyn helped raise over $70,000 for the Marjory Lee for Fantasy Fest campaign, which benefitted the FKSPCA.
As the heart behind Rancho Relaxo Productions, Carolyn blends her extensive experience, deep love for Key West, and commitment to creating events that matter. Whether she's organizing an event, supporting a local nonprofit, or booking world-class talent, Carolyn’s passion shines in everything she does.
